Rainbow Beach Full Renovation & Extension

This project in Rainbow Beach, QLD involved a complete transformation of an existing home through a full renovation and extension, designed to elevate both functionality and lifestyle. The scope encompassed a comprehensive interior and exterior redesign, carefully tailored to suit the coastal setting and relaxed living style.

A full suite of detailed joinery documentation was developed, alongside high-quality 3D visualisations to communicate the design intent clearly. Key areas included the kitchen, bedrooms, laundry, living spaces, and garage, each thoughtfully planned to balance practicality with a refined aesthetic.

The design extended beyond the interiors to include the pool area and alfresco zones, creating a cohesive indoor–outdoor connection ideal for entertaining and everyday living. Bathrooms—including the ensuite, main bathroom, and powder room—were carefully curated with considered layouts and material selections.

Throughout the project, a cohesive styling direction was established, incorporating suggested furniture, finishes, and material palettes to ensure a consistent and elevated outcome across all spaces.

This project reflects a holistic design approach, combining technical documentation with visual storytelling to guide the renovation from concept through to execution.
