DUTTON COVE
Project Completed in 2025, located in Coolangatta, Dutton Cove is a bespoke renovation project brought to life in collaboration with Jenny and Dylan Designs.
This two-bedroom home, featuring an ensuite and main bathroom, is being reimagined with a Moroccan coastal influence, layering soft textures, warm tones, and natural materials to create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The renovation extends beyond the interiors to include a transformed outdoor terrace, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living and capturing the essence of the Gold Coast lifestyle.

Project Details
A detailed 3D working model was developed early in the design process, allowing us to explore furniture, fixtures, and finishes within a realistic digital space. This hands-on approach enabled us to test different layouts and colour palettes, giving the client a clear visual understanding of the apartment’s potential before construction began. This collaborative, visual-first process was instrumental in shaping the final design with confidence and clarity.
