Palm Beach Residence (Design 2021 | Completed 2022)
This project was designed for Jenny and Dylan, who later built the home themselves, with completion in 2022. Located in Palm Beach, QLD, the design delivers a spacious single-storey residence tailored for family living and a coastal lifestyle.
The home includes five bedrooms, a double garage, two en-suites, a main bathroom, a laundry, and expansive living spaces, defined by cathedral ceilings to enhance light and volume. A large entertainment area with a decked pool, pergola, and grass area.
Design services were provided from concept development through to full construction documentation, ensuring clear communication of intent and buildability throughout the process.

The Palm House offers a refined take on relaxed coastal living, thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of the Gold Coast lifestyle. Created in collaboration with Dylan and Jenny Designs, this five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is the result of a shared vision — working together to bring the dream home to life.
Balancing spaciousness with intimacy, the home is a sanctuary for both family living and effortless entertaining. Soft, neutral palettes, layered natural textures, and a seamless connection to the back deck create a light-filled, breezy atmosphere that blurs the boundary between indoors and out. Open-plan living spaces flow into generous alfresco zones, where a landscaped garden surrounds a striking pool — the centrepiece of outdoor living.
Designed to celebrate its coastal setting, The Palm House blends understated luxury with a warm, laid-back character, delivering a home that feels both elevated and deeply connected to its environment.
