Bruce Avenue is one apartment within a broader series developed to communicate the overall design intent for a residential apartment complex. In collaboration with a developer and Gallery Interiors, AH Arc reworked and developed the design intent by fully modelling all fixtures, materials, and furniture selections to refine and communicate a cohesive design direction.

The design features bespoke kitchen, living, and bathroom spaces defined through carefully curated material palettes, fixtures, and furniture. Each element was custom-modelled to explore and compare design variations, enabling clear refinement and ensuring the most resolved and cohesive outcome for visualisation and presentation.
